The Homeschool Coalition

Since 1986, Texas Home School Coalition (THSC) has fought for and defended homeschooling families and parental rights in Texas. THSC invests in precedent- setting cases like Ann’s’ that will affect the rights of Texas families. THSC has intervened in the case as a third party (an “amicus”) and filed a brief defending Chris and Ann. THSC is also actively involved in recruiting additional organizations to file briefs in the case and is coordinating the legal strategy of those efforts directly with the family’s legal team.
